Best Managed File Transfer Software

par ESBD • 19 Apr 2021

GoAnywhereMFT meilleure solution de MFT

For the second year in a row, our MFT solution GoAnywhere has been awarded as best product in  SoftwareReviews.

Software Reviews interviewed real users, all business and IT professionals and asked them about their experience with the solution and about the vendor experience. They then used the answers to create 2 measures:

  1. Composite score is a performance indicator that averages four different areas of evaluation: Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, and Likeliness to Recommend
  2. Net Emotional Footprint Score focus on measuring user emotional response ratings of the vendor

The research is based on 849 reviews, evaluating all relevant software vendors in Managed File Transfer category. Among 38 solutions just 8 were chosen to be in the Data Quadrant of the best and we are at the top of them.

Our solution even improved from year to year, moving from an excellent evaluation  8.6/10 (composite score) and +90 (net emotional footprint) in 2020 to the 2021 scores: 8.7/10 and +91

When faced with the need of exchanging files with colleagues, clients and partners, choosing the right solution may be hard. Sensitive information, compliance regulations, industry specific requirements: all these criteria must be taken into consideration to secure and streamline file exchanges.

We are proud to announce that in this buyer’s guide our product got 95% of Delights + Highly Satisfies and 0% Disappoints: really something to celebrate!
