In order to provide assistance at its best level, ESBD is upgrading its support request system. Our brand new support system will be available starting the second week of September. This new system highly improves your requests’ monitoring and offers a new interface that will help you to easily manage your tickets.
How to proceed for the next request ?
- The tickets already running on the former system will be treated and available there until their closure.
- The tickets already closed will still be available and accessible on the former system.
- The new requests will be managed from the new support system: https://support.esbd.eu/.
- Support is available during the working days, from 9 am to 12am and from 2pm to 6pm (business hours GMT+1) in French and English.
- All requests should be sent by email at email@example.com.
- Your tickets will be treated within the 4 business hours following your request.
