GoAnywhere supports most platforms including Windows, Linux, AIX, Unix and IBM i. Virtualized environments including VMware are supported for ease of management. Whether your infrastructure exists in the cloud or on-premises, we have the ideal Managed File Transfer solution.
Automate FTP, SFTP, and HTTP file transfers - and more - with an intuitive browser-based interface that lets you:
Meet standards with FIPS 140-2 validated AES encryption.
Encrypt files "at rest" and "in motion".
Encrypt and decrypt files using the Open PGP standard.
Protect transmissions with SFTP, SCP, FTPS, AS2 and HTTPS protocols.
Horizontally scale by adding more systems to the cluster. Organize workflow jobs by run priorities and job queues.
Auto-failover to the remaining systems in the cluster. Does not require 3rd party software to support clustering.
Detailed audit logs are required for maintaining compliance with regulations and privacy laws. GoAnywhere MFT tracks all file transfer activity in a central database which can be viewed in the dashboard or automatically distributed in PDF format.
GoAnywhere MFT includes a browser-based interface for performing configuration and monitoring in the product. All popular browsers are supported including Microsoft Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari and Google Chrome. Since this is a server-centric solution, no software needs to be installed on any PCs to perform administration in GoAnywhere MFT
GoAnywhere MFT provides a browser-based interface for configuring and monitoring file transfers and workflows for the enterprise. Each administrator can be assigned different roles in GoAnywhere MFT with their own custom dashboards.
GoAnywhere MFT is a managed file transfer solution which streamlines the exchange of data between your systems, employees, customers and trading partners. Deployable on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments, it provides a single point of control with extensive security settings, detailed audit trails and reports.
GoAnywhere MFT’s intuitive interface and comprehensive workflow features will help to eliminate the need for custom programs/scripts, single-function tools and manual processes that were traditionally needed. This innovative solution will reduce costs, improve the quality of your file transfers, and help your organization to comply with data security policies and regulations.
With integrated support for clustering, GoAnywhere MFT can process high volumes of file transfers for enterprises by load balancing processes across multiple systems. The clustering technology in GoAnywhere MFT also provides active-active automatic failover for disaster recovery.
You can create “Projects” in GoAnywhere MFT to define the file transfers and business processes to perform. A Project can contain multiple steps (called tasks) to execute as a seamless end-to-end workflow. For instance, a Project may include a task to retrieve data from a database server, a second task to convert the data into an Excel document, a third task to encrypt the document, and finally a task to distribute the encrypted document to an SFTP server. There are no limits to the number of tasks that can be performed within a single Project.
Projects are designed using intuitive wizards and templates with the GoAnywhere MFT browser-based interface. No programming or special technical skills are needed. The Project definitions are stored in a central database, which can be scheduled and executed by authorized users and applications.
Support many features to help you meet key IT initiatives in your organization. Here are just a few of the things agents can do:
Clustering two or more GoAnywhere MFT installations will provide a distributed environment for handling file transfer services for the enterprise. Two significant advantages which clustering offers in GoAnywhere MFT is greater high availability with true “active-active” support and load balancing by allowing workloads to be distributed across multiple systems.
The inherent active-active support with GoAnywhere MFT clustering will provide the maximum high availability for your mission critical environment. If a GoAnywhere MFT system were to fail (for example, due to a network or hardware failure), the remaining systems in the cluster will continue to process file transfers and run workflows. This can help your organization to minimize downtime, meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and increase user satisfaction.
GoAnywhere MFT can be scaled horizontally by adding additional systems to the cluster. When paired with a load balancer like GoAnywhere Gateway, each inbound connection to the File Servers can be distributed to the available systems to service your employees and trading partners. For file transfers performed in workflows (Projects), clustering allows the workload to be distributed across all systems to increase performance and throughput. As your business and transfer requirements grow, GoAnywhere MFT can easily grow with it by adding additional systems to the cluster.
GoAnywhere MFT can analyze more than 60 different security settings to determine compliance with applicable sections of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). If a security setting does not meet the standard, the report will indicate the corresponding PCI DSS section and the recommendation on how to correct the security setting.
Your trading partner requests an important file, and you need to share it to a folder in Dropbox. Or maybe you have contacts or billing information you need to update in Salesforce—and you want to do it automatically. For all these things and more, we offer Cloud Connectors, a feature of our secure managed file transfer solution that lets you easily integrate with the external cloud and web apps you use every day.
GoAnywhere Cloud Connector definition contains all the actions required to communicate with cloud applications. In GoAnywhere, these actions appear as elements located under the Cloud Connector in the GoAnywhere Project Designer. Elements can be incorporated into your workflows alongside other project tasks.
Connecteurs Cloud GoAnywhere : Box Cloud, Google Translate, Dropbox, Google Cloud Storage, AWS, Google Drive, Jenkins, JIRA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneDrive, Salesforce, SharePoint, Trello, Votiro, Webdocs, JAMS, etc.
With GoAnywhere MFT, data can be translated to/from a variety of popular formats without having to write cumbersome scripts or programs. The comprehensive ETL features in GoAnywhere MFT allow data values to be mapped, formatted and modified between source and target files (in single and/or multi-platform environments.
With GoAnywhere, users can rely on a single, solid managed file transfer solution with built-in EDI X12 capabilities to do all of this. GoAnywhere supports users’ abilities to read, write, map, move, transfer, and process X12 and XML files safely, securely, and easily between databases.
X12 is a form of EDI data. X12 is supported by the ASC X12 standard and is used by leading businesses worldwide to exchange sensitive EDI documents with clients, trading partners, and other organizations. GoAnywhere MFT includes out-of-the-box integrations with popular web and cloud applications. For those with EDI X12 requirements, GoAnywhere offers more than 6,800 X12 data transaction sets, and it’s easy to get started. If you have GoAnywhere already, you simply need to purchase a starter pack and choose the six templates you’d like access to. Additional transaction sets are also available to help keep your X12 EDI needs centralized in one industry-leading managed file transfer solution.
GoAnywhere MFT is also EDIFACT and EANCOM compatible.
With EDIFACT, you can :
GoAnywhere MFT will help guarantee delivery of PeSIT transfers with options to auto-retry connections, auto-resume interrupted file transfers and perform integrity checks of successful file transfers.
Audit trails (logs) are generated for all PeSIT transmissions in GoAnywhere MFT to meet auditing and compliance requirements. The level of log detail can be controlled by an administrator on a per-Project basis. This detail can be configured to include all PeSIT commands issued, PeSIT messages and file names transferred. Log messages can additionally be sent to a Syslog server using UDP or TCP connections.
You can define server connections in GoAnywhere MFT as “resources,” saving you time and ensuring quality when defining file transfers and other tasks in projects.
For segregation of duties, some users may be allowed to create and manage resources. The properties of these resources can be hidden from other unauthorized users, preserving the confidential login information of your business partners. All resource definitions are stored in GoAnywhere MFT’s central database. All passwords specified for resource authentication can be stored in encrypted form.
